Panama City

The capital of the province, Panama City where most of the country’s population resides. This is also where most of the metropolitan events occur. Posh Discos, bar’s restaurants, all are in Panama City.

Punta Pacifica
This is the most central and commercial center area, 10 minutes to all the banks. This is also where the trump tower is being built.

El Cangrejo
El Cangrejo is the area where you are still able to walk around and look at stores or cafés. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and walking distance.

San Francisco
San francisco has more recreational parks and green areas than any of the other areas mentioned. 15 Minutes by car from the Punta Pacifica.

Casco Viejo
The old town of Panama, here you get the real pulse of Panama, just 10 minutes by car from Punta Pacifica. Here are nice restaurants neigbouring old worn and run down houses.

Prices

Prices in Panama City vary a lot. But ranging from $500/square meter if you buy shell form and a bit less if you buy on the plans only (not Punta Pacifica but El Cangrejo and San Francisco). The most expensive area in Panama City, Punta Pacifica hosting the Trump Tower has prices over $3000/square meter.
