Do I need a bank account with my company?
If you are only holding rights or contracts with your company such as patents or shares in another company no, but if you need to raise invoices, yes.
Can I add services later on?
Yes, any add-on we provide can be added at a later stage.
St Vincent, not Panama for bank account?
We can help you to open a bank account in Panama, however it requires you to visit Panama for a personal interview. It is for your convenience we chose St Vincent as our primary banking district.
How long does it take to get my company?
It is basically up to you. Once you finished your order process online and uploaded the needed documents it will take around 10 working days for the company. And another 2 weeks for the bank account.
Will you charge me immediately?
We will book the amount of your order on your card. And charge you once your documents are received. Only then we will start to incorporate your company.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes you can, select invoice on the payment stage and we will raise an invoice for you. Once payment is received together with your documents we will start to incorporate your company.
